摘 要:针对河南春光油田油井见水、岩石抗压强度和临界出砂压差显著下降、出砂加剧、防砂周期逐渐变短的情况,分析了高矿化度下滤砂管结垢、细粉砂入侵挡砂层、黏土遇水膨胀分散运移等因素对防砂治理的影响。在对比了不同防砂技术应用效果后,结合区块单元差异性,开展了高泥质砂岩解堵技术、分级充填防砂、低温泡沫树脂化学固砂、复合防砂技术研究,最终形成不同储层特点的防砂工艺技术规范。该技术体系现场应用57井次,实现防砂有效期延长90 d以上,措施有效率达到85%以上,为小砂体高泥质细粉砂油层开发提供了有效的技术支持。Many problems are existed in Chunguang Oilfield in Henan Province,such as water breakthrough,sharp dropping of rock compressive strength and critical sand production pressure,intensified sand production,and shortened sand control period.This paper analyzes the influencing factors,such as sand retaining layer and clay swelling,dispersion and migration in water on sand control treatment.After comparing application effects of different sand control technologies,and combined with the differences of block units,researches are done in high argillaceous sandstone blocking removal technology,graded filling sand control,low-temperature foam resin chemical sand solidification,and composite sand control technology.Finally the technical specifications for sand control technology is formed with different reservoir characteristics.The technical system has been applied in 57 wells,the validity period of sand control has been extended for more than 90 days,and the effective rate has reached more than 85%,which provides effective technical support for the development of oil layers with small sand body and high muddy fine silty sand.
