固表止嚏汤调控Th17细胞/Treg抗变应性鼻炎作用机制

摘　　要：固表止嚏汤是云南省名中医郭兆刚教授治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效验方,由生黄芪、白术、防风、荆芥、麻绒、紫苏叶、苍耳子、五味子、乌梅、黄芩、甘草为基本方组成。导师郭教授认为鼻鼽在临床上肺气虚寒者较多,强调调节阴阳,重在益气固表,祛风通窍,自拟固表止嚏汤。通过构建变应性鼻炎模型,研究固表止嚏汤通过调控Th17细胞/Treg平衡介导抗变应性鼻炎的作用机制。Exterior-strengthening and Sneeze-stopping Decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of allergic rhinitis by Professor Guo Zhaogang,a famous Chinese medicine doctor in Yunnan Province,which is composed of raw astragalus,atractylodis,saposhnikovia,schizopeta,ephedra,perilla leaves,cocklebur,schisandra,mume,scubaicalensis and licorice.Professor Guo considers that allergic rhinitis is more qi deficiency and cold in lung clinically,emphasizing the regulation of yin and yang,stressing on tonifying qi and strengthening exterior,dispelling wind to clear apertures,thus making self-prescribed Exterior-strengthening and Sneeze-stopping Decoction.By constructing the model of allergic rhinitis,the study aims at the mechanism of antiallergic rhinitis mediated by the regulation of Th17 cell/Treg balance.
