“00后”大学生的思想行为特征及策略探究

摘　　要：“00后”大学生思想行为表现为理想信念较为明确,但世俗化特征凸现;价值理念网络多元,但人生价值迷失明显;道德观念认知良好,但伦理践行欠缺;个性特征张扬自信,但自我中心倾向突出;行为方式虚实结合,但实践精神欠缺。这些现象与时代大变迁、家庭教育、互联网技术发展等因素均有关。提出结合“00后”大学生思想行为的群体特点,整合课上课下、校内校外的教育资源,对其进行有针对性、时代性和系统性的思想引领、价值引导和人生指导,真正将其培养成新时代中国特色社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人。In September 2018,Chinese colleges and universities welcomed the first group of “post-00s” college students,the youngest group of college students.They have characteristic ideological behaviors.They have specific ideals and beliefs but they are secular.Their value ideas are affected by the network and diversified but they lose the value of life.Their cognition of moral concepts is good but their practice of ethics is insufficient.They are confident but self-centered.Their ways of behaviors combines virtuality and reality but their spirit of practice is lacking.These phenomena are related to the great changes of the times,family education and development of the Internet technology.It is proposed to integrate in-class,after-class,on-campus and off-campus educational resources in combination with the group characteristics of “post-00s” college students' ideological behaviors,to give them targeted,epochal and systematic guidance om their ideology,values and lives,so as to truly cultivate them into qualified builders and reliable successors of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
