摘 要:文章采用3种不同钎料——CuZn、CuZnNi和Ag-Cu-Ag钎料对YG16硬质合金与35CrMo钢进行高频感应钎焊,并研究了不同钎料对接头组织与性能的影响。结果表明:采用3种不同成分钎料均实现了YG16/35CrMo异种金属的钎焊连接。YG16/钎缝均出现了脆性η相,造成了界面的脆化。其中,CuZn钎料和CuZnNi钎料接头硬质合金侧由于元素扩散,出现了明显的退化层。CuZn和CuZnNi钎料接头具有较高的抗剪切性能,能够达到195 MPa。接头断裂于YG16/钎缝界面,且裂纹沿硬质合金侧内部扩展。Ag-Cu-Ag三明治钎料接头剪切强度降低,仅为169 MPa,接头断裂于钎缝区域。Three different brazing filler metals of CuZn、CuZnNi and Ag-Cu-Ag are used in the high frequency brazing of YG16 hard metal and 35CrMo steel,while the influence of different brazing filler metals on the joint microstructure and properties are also studied.The findings show that all the three filler metals with different components can realize the brazing of dissimilar metals of YG16/35CrMo steel.Brittleηphase occurs on both YG16 and the brazing joint,giving rise to an interfacial embrittlement,where an obvious degraded layer appears at the hard metal side of CuZn and CuZnNi filler metal brazing joints due to element diffusion.CuZn and CuZnNi filler metal brazing joints have a high anti-shearing performance,almost as high as 195 MPa,and their joints break at the interface of YG16 and the brazing seam and the crack propagates internally along the hard metal side.Ag-Cu-Ag sandwich filler metal brazing joint,however,breaks at the brazing seam due to its as-low-as 169 MPa shear strength.
