摘 要:焊接构架作为轨道交通装备的核心骨架,焊接质量直接关乎着车辆运载安全。转向架构架的部分管管对接位置焊缝由于结构、空间位置及工艺装备等限制,部分环焊缝必须采用水平滚动全位置焊接,导致焊后存在“未熔合”及“气孔”缺陷,一次探伤合格率仅为20%。文章从现场的焊接位置、点固焊位置、焊接清理操作等方面对焊接缺陷产生的原因进行深入分析,通过优化点固焊位置、修订不同焊接位置焊接参数以及创新接头打磨、衔接方式,解决了管管对接全位置结构焊缝射线探伤缺陷问题,改善提升后探伤合格率达98.5%。该优化方式适用于所有碳钢管管对接全位置环焊缝作业,对轨道交通装备行业焊接质量提升具有借鉴意义。As the core framework of rail transit equipment,welded frame and its welding quality is directly related to the safety of rolling stock operation.In terms of part of the tube-tube butt welding on the bogie frame,due to the limitation of weld structure,space position and process equipment,horizontal rolling all-position welding techniques have to be applied to part of the circumferential weld,resulting in“incomplete fusion”and“porosity”defects and a conformity as low as 20%in the first NDT inspection.The paper makes an in-depth analysis of the welding defects from the perspective of on-site welding position,tack welding position,welding cleaning,etc.By way of optimizing tack welding position,revising the welding parameters for different welding positions,innovating joint grinding and connecting methods,the defects in the all-position structural weld of tube-tube butt welding found in X-ray detection are overcome and the Zero-defect rate has been increased to 98.5%.This optimization mode is applicable to the circumferential welding of all the carbon steel pipes and tube butt welding operation,and can be used as reference in improving welding quality in rail transit equipment manufacturing industry.
