摘　　要：服务贸易创新发展试点在贸易便利化、产业升级、产业链协同、外资进驻及人才流动等五个方面对我国经济高质量发展产生了积极效应。但海南自贸港服务贸易创新发展仍存在结构单一、缺乏创新、人才短缺及政策缺陷等问题。基于此,可以通过吸引专精特新人才,促进服务贸易数字化,深化“放管服”改革,强化公平竞争市场环境,优化服务贸易行业结构,以及建立开放合作机制等,进一步促进海南自贸港服务贸易创新与经济高质量发展。The pilot program for innovative development of service trade has had positive effects on the high-quality development of China’s economy in five aspects:trade facilitation,industrial upgrading,industrial chain coordination,foreign investment entry,and talent flow.However,there are still problems with the innovative development of service trade in Hainan Free Trade Port,such as a single structure,lack of innovation,shortage of talents,and policy deficiencies.Based on this,we can further promote the innovation of Hainan Free Trade Port’s service trade and high-quality economic development by attracting“specialized,refined,and innovative”talents,promoting the digitization of service trade,deepening the reform of“streamlining management and serving”,strengthening the fair competition market environment,optimizing the structure of the service trade industry,and establishing an open cooperation mechanism.
