生产性服务业开放对出口技术复杂度的影响研究——基于中国制造业企业的经验证据

摘　　要：生产性服务业开放作为中国高水平对外开放的重点领域,其对出口技术复杂度提升具有不容忽视的影响作用。本文利用中国制造业微观企业匹配数据,实证检验了生产性服务业开放对出口技术复杂度的影响效应及其作用机制。研究结果表明,生产性服务业开放能够对出口技术复杂度提升产生显著的正向影响,该结论在进行稳健性检验和内生性处理之后仍然成立。异质性结果显示,生产性服务业开放对一般贸易企业、外资企业、大型企业和高技术企业的出口技术复杂度表现出更为明显的促进作用。就作用机制而言,生产性服务业开放通过降低出口成本和推动技术创新有效地促进了出口技术复杂度提升,同时对于生产性服务业开放所带来的出口技术复杂度提升效应,良好的地区制度环境具有一定的强化作用。因此,要积极扩大生产性服务业开放广度与深度,以此推动中国制造业出口的高质量发展。As key field of China's high-level opening up,the openness of producer services plays an important role in promoting the export technological sophistication.This paper empirically examines the effect and mechanism of producer services openness on export technological sophistication by using the matching data of Chinese manufacturing micro enterprises.The research results show that the openness of producer services can have a significant positive impact on the improvement of export technological sophistication.This conclusion is still valid after the robustness test and endogenous treatment.The openness of producer services has more obviously promoted the export technology complexity of general trade enterprises,foreign-funded enterprises,large enterprises and high-tech enterprises.As far as the mechanism is concerned,the openness of producer services can effectively promote the complexity of export technology by reducing export costs and promoting technological innovation,while good regional institutional environment can strengthen it.Therefore,we should actively expand the breadth and depth of the openness of producer services to promote the high-quality development of China's manufacturing exports.
