摘 要:针对拱桥施工阶段吊杆索力的张拉控制方法进行了研究,通过建立吊杆张拉的影响矩阵,分析吊杆张拉对其余吊杆所产生的影响程度,以施工过程中吊杆索力分布均匀度作为评判指标,确定最优的吊杆张拉顺序以及施工张拉力.鉴于影响矩阵法仅适用于线性分析,无法考虑钢管混凝土拱桥施工过程中的材料非线性效应,结合有限元分析方法,以影响矩阵法计算得出的吊杆施工张拉力作为初始值进行迭代分析,充分考虑施工过程的混凝土收缩、徐变、弹模变化等非线性效应,从而获取精确的吊杆施工张拉力.通过对吊杆张拉和调索的施工控制,使最终成桥索力达到设计值,误差控制在设计规范内,保证桥梁施工的的质量和安全性.The present paper attempts to study the tension control method of suspender cable force in the construction stage of arch bridge.By establishing the influence matrix of suspender tension,the influence degree of suspender tension on other suspenders was analyzed.Taking the uniformity of suspender cable force distribution in the construction process as the evaluation index,the optimal suspender tension sequence and construction tension were determined.Since the influence matrix method is only applicable to linear analysis and cannot consider the material nonlinear effect during the construction of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge,combined with the finite element analysis method,the suspender construction tension calculated by the influence matrix method was used as the initial value for iterative analysis,and the nonlinear effects such as concrete shrinkage,creep and elastic modulus change during the construction process were fully considered,so as to obtain accurate suspender construction tension.Through the construction control of the suspender tension and cable adjustment,the final cable force of the bridge reached the design value,and the error was controlled within the design specification to ensure the quality and safety of the bridge construction.
