摘　　要：在余拟群双代数上利用Gauge变换构造了一个新的余拟群双代数,并且证明了两个余拟群双代数的余表示范畴是张量群等价的.In this paper,a new coquasi group bialgebra is constructed by using gauge transformations on coquasi group bialgebras;it is proved that the corepresentations categories of two coquasi group bialgebras are tensorπ-equivalent.
