摘 要:铁(Iron;Fe)作为植物需求量最大的必需微量元素,在叶绿素合成、DNA合成、呼吸作用和光合作用等多个细胞生理过程中发挥重要作用.土壤中铁丰度很高,但植物对铁的利用率却极低.为此,植物必须严格控制细胞中铁的获取、分配和利用,以维持铁的稳态和代谢.植物是人类铁的主要食用来源,系统地了解植物中铁元素的调控机制对保障粮食安全和人类可持续发展具有重要意义.综述了植物体内铁的吸收、转运以及铁稳态调控分子机制的最新研究进展.Iron(Fe),an essential trace element required by plants,is directly involved in the regulation of many important cellular processes,chlorophyll biosynthesis,DNA synthesis,photosynthesis and respiration.Iron is present at high quantities in soils,usually with a very low availability to plants.As a consequence,plants must tightly regulate an effective Fe acquisition,distribution,and utilization in root and leaf cells in order to allow for sustainable Fe homeostasis and metabolism.Plants are still the main dietary source of iron for humans.Therefore,a systematic understanding of iron uptake and transport in plants and its steady-state regulation mechanism is of great significance for ensuring food security and sustainable human development.The paper summarizes the recent progress in the study of the molecular mechanisms of iron absorption,transport and homeostasis regulation in plants.
