Estimation of Growth Parameter of the Giant Greshwater Prawn Macrobrachium rosenbergii under Pond Culture Conditions with a Multi-model Approach

摘  要:为了更准确地描述罗氏沼虾的生长特性,在30周的养殖周期内采集了1172尾样本,其中雌虾612尾(全长范围34.58~149.50 mm)、雄虾560尾(全长范围40.71~168.89 mm),应用多模型方法对池塘养殖条件下罗氏沼虾的个体生长参数进行估算。采用特殊von Bertalanffy,广义von Bertalanffy,Logistic,Gompertz,Brody和Richards等6种备选生长模型分别模拟罗氏沼虾雌、雄个体的生长,利用极大似然法估算以上6种模型的生长参数,应用赤池信息准则(AIC)对模型拟合度进行检验。研究结果表明,以全长值80 mm为界,罗氏沼虾雌、雄群体全长频度呈现明显的双峰型分布结构,上峰组以全长110~120 mm占优势,下峰组以全长50~60 mm占优势。罗氏沼虾雌、雄群体体质量—全长回归关系分别为BW=1.536×10^(-6)TL^( 3.398)(♀)和BW=8.032×10^(-7)TL^(3.539)(♂),雌、雄均表现为正异速生长(b>3,P<0.05)。F-检验结果表明,雌、雄群体体质量—全长回归方程差异显著(P<0.05),应分性别开展研究。多模型推断(multi-model inference,MMI)检验结果表明,没有任何一种模型的Akaike权重(ωi)大于95%,可被单独用来描述雌、雄虾全长与周龄的生长关系。因此对雌虾中获得支持的4种生长模型和雄虾中获得支持的6种模型的生长参数分别进行多模型加权平均处理,据此求出雌虾和雄虾的多模型平均全长渐进值∞分别为123.91 mm和159.41 mm,作为描述雌、雄虾生长参数的稳健估计值。In order to provide an accurate description of prawn growth,a total of 1172 specimens(612 females and 560 males)of the giant freshwater prawn Macrobrachium rosenbergii cultured under pond conditions for a period of 30 weeks were collected with total length ranging between 34.58 and 149.50 mm in females and 40.71 and 168.89 mm in males.The individual growth parameter of M.rosenbergii was estimated by using multi-model approach.Six common candidate growth models(the Specialized von Bertalanffy,the Generalized von Bertalanffy,Logistic,Gompertz,Brody and Richards)were fitted to total length frequency data over a time period of 30 weeks.The growth parameters of these models were estimated using maximum likelihood methods,and the fitness of the model was determined by the Akaike information criterion(AIC).The total length-frequency distribution of M.rosenbergii under culture conditions showed a marked bimodal trend,the two modal groups of male and female prawns both separating at 80 mm total length.The peak values of males and females of the upper modal group occurred in 110-120 mm total length range,and the lower modal group between 50—60 mm total length was observed.The total length(TL)vs body weight(BW)relationship of female and male M.rosenbergii was BW=1.536×10^(-6)TL^(3.398)and BW=8.032×10^(-7)TL^(3.539),both of which presented positive allometric growth(b>3,P<0.05).The F-test showed significant differences between female and male regression functions of TL—BW relationship(P<0.05).Therefore,the best-fit function models of this species should be studied by sexes separately.From the Akaike results obtained following the MMI approach,there was no one model of AIC weight exceeds 95%which could be used separately to describe total length-week data of the females or males M.rosenbergii.The model-averaged asymptotic length∞was estimated as a weighted average using four models supported by data in females or six models supported by data in males with the prediction of each model weighted byωi.The robust growth p
