摘  要:近年来,抽水蓄能机组在新型电力系统中削峰填谷以及事故备用的作用越发突出,由于其运行工况类型多,切换较为频繁,使机组本身的安全性面临着更大的考验。作为抽蓄机组核心部件,发电电动机定转子标配的部件状态和特征参量数量较少,对机组安全运行支撑不足。本文分析了抽水蓄能发电电动机定转子的工作特点、运行状态、主要监测方式,以发电电动机定子穿心螺杆绝缘监测为例,讨论接触式和非接触式两种监测方式的适用情况,并提出一种可靠的螺杆绝缘有线监测信号引出结构,为发电机组智慧化水平提升提供理论依据和应用方法。In recent years,pumped storage generators have played an increasingly prominent role in peak shaving&valley filling and emergency standby in new power systems.Due to their variety of operating conditions and frequent switching,the generators themselves are faced with a greater test of safety.As the core components of the pumped storage generator set,the standard parameters of component states and characteristics of the stator and rotor are insufficient to support the safe operation of the generator.This paper analyzes the working characteristics,running status,and main monitoring methods of the stator and rotor of the pumped storage generator.Taking the monitoring of the through-core screw insulation of the generator stator as an example,this paper discusses the applicability of contact and wireless monitoring methods and proposes a reliable wired monitoring signal lead-out structure for screw insulation,providing a theoretical basis and application method for improving the intelligence level of generator sets.
