摘 要:可持续创业是推动我国共同富裕的重要手段,是保证我国经济发展的同时兼顾社会与环境问题的重要活动。提高可持续创业意愿有助于提升可持续创业活动的活力。基于创业机会开发两阶段模型,提出了可持续创业意愿形成的两阶段模型,认为可持续创业意愿的形成包含注意阶段和评估阶段。在注意阶段,个体的社会/环境问题知识会影响可持续创业机会识别,并且亲社会动机对该关系有正向调节作用。在评估阶段,可持续创业机会识别对可持续创业意愿有积极影响,亲社会动机、创业自我效能感、高校创业支持感知和政府创业支持感知对这一关系有正向调节作用。以福建和湖南两地的大学生为研究对象,在3个时间点进行了3轮数据收集,研究结果表明,对社会/环境问题更了解的大学生更有可能发现可持续创业机会,且那些亲社会动机更强、对自己的创业能力更有信心、感知到更多创业支持的大学生更有意愿创办可持续创业企业。研究从机会形成的两阶段视角探讨了可持续创业意愿的形成机理,揭示了社会/环境问题知识对可持续创业意愿的复杂作用机理,为优化高校创业教育和推进可持续创业的政策发展提供了参考。Sustainable entrepreneurship is an important tool to promote common prosperity in our country,and an important activity to ensure our economic development while taking into account social and environmental issues.Increasing the willingness to engage in sustainable entrepreneurship helps to enhance the vitality of sustainable entrepreneurial activities.Based on the two-stage model of entrepreneurial opportunity development,this paper proposes a two-stage model for the formation of sustainable entrepreneurial intentions,which is considered to include an attention stage and an assessment stage.In the attention stage,individuals’knowledge of social/environmental issues affects sustainable entrepreneurial opportunity identification,and pro-social motivation positively moderates the relationship.In the assessment stage,sustainable entrepreneurial opportunity recognition positively influences sustainable entrepreneurial intentions,and pro-social motivation,entrepreneurial self-efficacy,perceived university entrepreneurial support,and perceived governmental entrepreneurial support positively moderate this relationship.In this paper,three rounds of data collection were conducted at three time points with college students in Fujian and Hunan.The results of this study indicate that college students who are more aware of social/environmental issues are more likely to identify sustainable entrepreneurial opportunities,and those who are more pro-socially motivated,more confident in their entrepreneurial abilities,and perceive more entrepreneurial support are more likely to start sustainable entrepreneurial ventures.The study explores the formation mechanism of sustainable entrepreneurial intentions from a two-stage perspective of opportunity formation,reveals the complex mechanism of the role of knowledge of social/environmental issues on sustainable entrepreneurial intentions,and provides a reference for optimizing entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and promoting policy development of sustainable entrep
