摘 要:当前大学生创业失败率较高,从创业失败中吸取经验教训方能实现“失败是成功之母”。基于239份大学生创业失败调查问卷,按照“失败归因-失败学习-失败修复”理论逻辑,采用结构方程模型实证分析了大学生创业失败归因对创业失败修复的影响。研究发现:失败归因对失败学习具有正向影响,失败学习对失败修复具有正向影响,失败学习在失败归因和失败修复间起完全中介作用。由此提出提升大学生创业元认知能力、创业运作能力和创业心理恢复能力的措施,从而帮助大学生由创业失败转向创业成功。At present,the failure rate of entrepreneurship among college students is high,and only by learning lessons from entrepreneurial failure can we achieve“failure is the mother of success”.Based on 239 college students'entrepreneurial failure questionnaires,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of college students'entrepreneurial failure attribution on entrepreneurial failure repair by using a structural equation model according to the theoretical logic of“failure attribution-failure learning-failure repair”.It is found that failure attribution has a positive impact on failure learning,failure learning has a positive impact on failure repair,and failure learning plays a complete mediating role between failure attribution and failure repair.Therefore,measures are proposed to improve the cognitive ability,entrepreneurial operation ability and entrepreneurial psychological recovery ability of college students,so as to promote the transformation of college students' entrepreneurial failure into entrepreneurial success.
