社会企业与商业企业的跨组织合作——基于深圳残友集团的案例研究

摘　　要：如何促进社会企业发展是亟需研究的课题,社会企业与商业企业跨组织合作为促进社会企业发展提供了一条战略性选择途径。选取深圳残友集团与文思海辉集团以及残友集团与阿里巴巴集团两个合作案例为研究对象,探究社会企业与商业企业跨组织合作的特征和机制。研究发现:个体、组织和环境构成了影响跨组织合作的动因,三者驱动跨组织合作关系的演化;跨组织合作过程经历合作伙伴识别、合作关系探索、合作关系建立和合作关系深化4个阶段,表现出合作意愿达成、合作项目试点、合作形式锚定和多元主体参与4个显著特征;社会企业最终实现了社会绩效和经济绩效的双重目标。社会企业与商业企业的跨组织合作稳定发展依赖于驱动机制、运行机制、激励机制、风险防范机制和基于环境的保障机制多元机制的共同作用。研究不仅扩展了有关社会企业跨组织合作的已有研究成果,对促进社会企业发展也有一定的借鉴意义。How to promote the development of social enterprises is an important issue that needs to be studied urgently,and cross-organizational cooperation between social enterprises and commercial enterprises provides a strategic alternative way to promote the development of social enterprises.Two cooperation cases between Shenzhen FU Group and Pactera and FU Group and Alibaba were selected as the research objects to explore the characteristics and mechanisms of cross-organization cooperation between social enterprises and commercial enterprises.The study found that individuals,organizations and the environment constitute the drivers of cross-organizational cooperation,and the three drive the evolution of cross-organizational cooperation;the process of cross-organizational cooperation goes through four stages:partner identification,partnership exploration,partnership establishment and partnership deepening,and shows four distinctive features:cooperation willingness reaching,cooperation project piloting,cooperation form anchoring and multiple subject participation.Social enterprises ultimately achieve the dual goals of social and economic performance.The stable development of cross-organizational cooperation between social enterprises and commercial enterprises relies on the combination of driving mechanism,operation mechanism,incentive mechanism,risk prevention mechanism and environment-based guarantee mechanism.Thus,the process and mechanism model of cross-organization cooperation between social enterprises and commercial enterprises is constructed.The study not only extends the existing research results on cross-organizational cooperation of social enterprises,but also has certain implications for promoting the development of social enterprises.
