摘  要:婴幼儿喘息属于患呼吸道疾病婴幼儿的常见症状,支气管哮喘是儿科常见的呼吸道疾病。该文对婴幼儿喘息的发病率调查结果进行概述,以阐述此项研究的重要性和必要性,并根据呼出气一氧化氮、红细胞分布宽度对婴幼儿喘息和儿童支气管哮喘中的诊断价值进行综述,旨在为相关疾病的临床诊断与治疗方案的制定提供依据。Infant and young children wheezing is a common symptom in infants and young children with respiratory diseases.Bronchial asthma is a common respiratory disease in pediatrics.This paper overviews the results of the survey on the incidence of wheezing in infants and young children to illustrate the importance and necessity of this study.The diagnostic value of fractional exhaled nitric oxide and red blood cell distribution width in the infant and young children wheezing and childhood bronchial asthma is review to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis of related diseases and formulation of treatment regimen.
