摘　　要：目的:分析无痛人工流产手术中应用间苯三酚软化宫颈的效果。方法:选取2019年3月—2022年9月于诸城市昌城卫生院行无痛人工流产的孕妇92例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各46例。两组均开展无痛人工流产手术,对照组术前予以卡孕栓,观察组术前予以间苯三酚。比较比两组手术相关指标、宫颈软化效果、镇痛效果及人工流产综合征发生情况。结果:观察组手术时间短于对照组,视野清晰率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组宫颈软化总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.030)。观察组镇痛效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。观察组人工流产综合征发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007)。结论:无痛人工流产术中应用间苯三酚软化宫颈的效果显著,可缩短手术时间,改善手术视野,还可有效镇痛,预防人工流产综合征。Objective:To analyze the effect of phloroglucinol on softening cervix in painless induced abortion surgery.Methods:A total of 92 pregnant women who underwent painless induced abortion in Changcheng Health Center of Zhucheng City from March 2019 to September 2022 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 46 patients in each group.Before surgery,the control group was given carboprost methylate suppositories,and the observation group was given phloroglucinol.The operation related indexes,cervical softening effect,analgesic effect,and the induce abortion syndrome of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the rate of visual clarity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of cervical softening in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P=0.030).The analgesic effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P=0.002).The incidence of induced abortion syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P=0.007).Conclusion:The application of phloroglucinol on softening cervix in painless induced abortion surgery can shorten the operation time,improve the surgical vision field,and also can relieve pain and prevent the induced abortion syndrome.
