摘　　要：中医脾胃学说认为,疳积病机为调养失当,损伤脾胃,脾胃虚弱。中医学中“调补脾胃,消补兼施”的理论与调节肠道菌群的治疗方式具有相似性,该研究从脾胃学说入手,探讨治疗疳积患儿过程中中药对肠道菌群的影响,指出疳积患儿的肠道菌群处于失调状态,易受病原体侵袭,导致大便干稀不调、迁延不愈。现代医学多采用口服微生物制剂治疗,以补充营养,维持肠道微生态平衡。但中医学则根据小儿生理病理特点,以“小儿脾常不足”学术思想为指导,提出“调治儿病,重在脾胃”的理念,并将此理论应用于疳积患儿,通过调和脾胃、健脾益气等中医治法,使肠道菌群恢复平衡,提高治疗效果。According to the spleen-stomach theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the pathogenesis of infantile malnutrition is improper recuperation,damage to the spleen and stomach,and weakness of the spleen and stomach.The theory of"regulating the spleen-stomach,eliminating and reinforcing simultaneously"in traditional Chinese medicine is similar to the treatment of regulating intestinal flora.This study starts with the spleen-stomach theory,and discusses the influence of traditional Chinese medicine on intestinal flora in the treatment of infantile malnutrition.This study points out that the intestinal flora of children with infantile malnutrition is in a state of imbalance and vulnerable to pathogens,leading to dry,loose and irregular stools and protracted course of disease.Modern medicine mostly uses oral microbial agent treatment to supplement nutrition and maintain intestinal microecology balance.However,according to the physiological and pathological characteristics of children,the traditional Chinese medicine,guided by the academic thought of"children's spleen is often insufficient",put forward the concept of"treating infantile diseases,focusing on the spleen-stomach",and applied this theory to children with infantile malnutrition.Through traditional Chinese medicine treatments such as regulating the spleen-stomach,strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi,the intestinal flora balance can be restored to improve the therapeutic effect.
