基于“互联网+”的延续康复护理平台在老年慢性病患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年慢性病患者采用基于“互联网+”的延续康复护理平台的效果。方法:选取2022年1—3月江苏省南通市第二人民医院收治的老年慢性病患者112例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各56例。对照组住院期间进行常规护理,出院后门诊复诊,给予电话随访;观察组采用基于“互联网+”的延续康复护理平台,将院内康复护理服务延伸至家庭。比较两组心理状态、遵医行为及护理满意度。结果:干预6个月后,两组焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均低于出院时,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组按时服药、合理饮食、自我检测、定期复诊、科学运动遵医率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对护理服务态度、管理水平、技术操作、健康宣教、问题解答的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年慢性病患者采用基于“互联网+”的延续康复护理平台的效果显著,可改善患者心理状态,提高遵医率及护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of"Internet+"based continuous rehabilitation nursing platform for elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods:A total of 112 elderly patients with chronic diseases diagnosed and treated in the Second People's Hospital of Nantong in Jiangsu Province from January 2022 to March 2022 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing during hospitalization,followed up by clinic return visits and telephone after discharge.The observation group implemented the"Internet+"based continuous rehabilitation nursing platform to extend the rehabilitation nursing services in hospitals to families.Mental state,medical compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:At 6 months after the intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in two groups were lower than those at discharge,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medical compliance rates of taking medicine on time,reasonable diet,self-testing,regular return visits,and scientific exercise in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction with nursing service attitude,management level,technical operation,health education and question answering in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of"Internet+"based continuous rehabilitation nursing platform for elderly patients with chronic diseases has a significant effect,which can improve their psychological state,increase the medical compliance rate and nursing satisfaction.
