自行备皮法在胸外科临床中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨在胸外科临床中应用自行备皮法的效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年10月于阳江市人民医院行胸外科手术的患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组实施传统的一次性备皮法,观察组采用自行备皮法。对比两组备皮区域毛发情况、备皮区域皮肤不良反应发生情况、主观感受及满意度。结果:两组备皮区域未见毛发、<3根毛发占比比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组备皮区域皮肤不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.004)。观察组皮肤不适、尴尬、紧张、焦虑评分低于对照组,满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:在胸外科临床中应用自行备皮法的效果显著,可减少备皮区域皮肤不良反应,提升患者主观感受及满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of self-skin preparation method in clinical practice of thoracic surgery department.Methods:A total of 100 patients undergoing thoracic surgery in People's Hospital of Yangjiang from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group implemented traditional disposable skin preparation method,and the observation group implemented self-skin preparation method.The hair condition in the skin preparation area,the occurrence of skin adverse reactions in the skin preparation area,subjective feelings and satisfaction in two groups were compared.Results:There were no statistically significant differences in the proportions of no hair and<3 hairs in the skin preparation area between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of skin adverse reactions in the skin preparation area in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.004).The skin discomfort,embarrassment,nervousness and anxiety scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the satisfaction scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:The application of self-skin preparation method in clinical practice of thoracic surgery department has a significant effect,which can reduce the skin adverse reactions in the skin preparation area and improve the subjective feeling and satisfaction of patients.
