ICU患者发生ICU综合征的危险因素及护理预防对策分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨ICU患者发生ICU综合征的危险因素及护理对策。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月—2022年6月江苏省南通大学附属医院分院ICU收治的220例患者的临床资料,根据诊断结果,将ICU综合征患者设为观察组,未发生ICU综合征者设为对照组。收集两组相关资料,分析ICU综合征的危险因素。结果:220例患者中,发生ICU综合征40例(18.18%)。两组年龄、急性生理与慢性健康评分、受教育程度、经济状况、疾病知识掌握情况、机械通气情况、睡眠质量、约束带使用情况、医药费支付情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄>75岁、疾病知识掌握不足、使用约束带、行机械通气、睡眠质量较差是ICU患者发生ICU综合征的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:年龄>75岁、疾病知识掌握不足、使用约束带、行机械通气、睡眠质量较差是ICU患者发生ICU综合征的独立危险因素,应实施针对性护理措施降低其发生率。Objective:To explore the risk factors of ICU syndrome in ICU patients and nursing measures.Methods:The clinical data of 220 patients admitted to the ICU of the Branch of Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University in Jiangsu Province from January 2019 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the diagnosis results,patients with ICU syndrome were set as the observation group,and those without ICU syndrome were set as the control group.Data in two groups were collected to analyze risk factors of ICU syndrome.Results:Among the 220 patients,ICU syndrome occurred in 40 cases(18.18%).There were significant differences in age,acute physiological and chronic health scores,education level,economic status,disease knowledge mastery,mechanical ventilation,sleep quality,application of restraint belts,and medical fee payment between the two groups(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis results showed that age>75 years,insufficient disease knowledge mastery,application of restraint belts,mechanical ventilation,and poor sleep quality were independent risk factors of ICU syndrome in ICU patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age>75 years,insufficient disease knowledge mastery,application of restraint belts,mechanical ventilation,and poor sleep quality are independent risk factors of ICU syndrome in ICU patients,and targeted nursing measures should be implemented to reduce the incidence.
