胰岛素周制剂Icodec的分子结构和药理学特性

摘　　要：基础胰岛素在糖尿病治疗中占有重要地位,但现有的基础胰岛素治疗往往需要每天1至2次注射,患者依从性较差。Icodec胰岛素是一种新型长效胰岛素类似物,通过创新的分子设计,延长半衰期和作用时间,从而实现每周仅需注射一次给药。研究表明,Icodec胰岛素具有稳定的生物学、药代动力学及药效动力学特性,每周注射一次与基础胰岛素日制剂的疗效和安全性相似。Icodec胰岛素的临床研发有望在不远的将来为2型糖尿病患者提供一种方便、安全、有效、每周仅需注射一次的基础胰岛素治疗方案。现从新型胰岛素周制剂Icodec胰岛素的分子结构、药理学特性等方面进行讨论。Basal insulin plays an important role in the treatment of diabetes.However,basal insulin therapies often require injections once or twice daily,resulting in poor patient adherence.Insulin icodec is a novel long-acting insulin analog that achieves once-weekly dosing through innovative molecular design to extend half-life and duration of action.Studies have shown that insulin icodec exhibits stable biological,pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties,and that its efficacy and safety are comparable to daily basal insulin formulations.The clinical development of insulin icodec is expected to provide a convenient,safe,effective,and once-weekly basal insulin therapy option for patients with type 2 diabetes in the near future.This article will discuss the molecular structure,and pharmacological characteristics of the novel once-weekly insulin Icodec.
