血清同型半胱氨酸、游离脂肪酸、超敏C反应蛋白以及胱抑素C在冠心病患者中的诊断作用

摘　　要：目的研究血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)以及胱抑素C(CysC)在冠心病患者中的诊断作用。方法选取112例冠心病患者作为观察组,另选取112例健康体检者作为对照组。对比两组的血脂指标[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]水平、内源性生物因子(Hcy、FFA、hs-CRP、CysC)水平。结果观察组TC、TG、LDL-C水平分别为(6.19±0.74)、(1.99±0.32)、(4.24±1.09)mmol/L,均高于对照组的(4.21±0.53)、(1.55±0.23)、(2.53±0.85)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Hcy、FFA、hs-CRP、CysC水平分别为(12.37±0.94)μmol/L、(1.32±0.29)mmol/L、(8.07±0.89)mg/L、(1.59±1.02)mg/L,均高于对照组的(8.15±0.72)μmol/L、(0.64±0.08)mmol/L、(3.21±0.24)mg/L、(1.12±0.07)mg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者进行血清Hcy、FFA、hs-CRP、CysC水平检测,可作为冠心病的辅助检查手段,对早期冠心病的诊断有着重要的意义。Objective To study the diagnostic role of serum homocysteine(Hcy),free fatty acids(FFA),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and cystatin C(CysC)in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 112 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the observation group,and another 112 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The levels of lipid indexes[triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)],levels of endogenous biologic factors(Hcy,FFA,hs-CRP,CysC)were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C in the observation group were(6.19±0.74),(1.99±0.32),and(4.24±1.09)mmol/L,which were higher than those of(4.21±0.53),(1.55±0.23),and(2.53±0.85)mmol/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of Hcy,FFA,hs-CRP,and CysC in the observation group were(12.37±0.94)μmol/L,(1.32±0.29)mmol/L,(8.07±0.89)mg/L,and(1.59±1.02)mg/L,which were higher than those of(8.15±0.72)μmol/L,(0.64±0.08)mmol/L,(3.21±0.24)mg/L,and(1.12±0.07)mg/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of serum Hcy,FFA,hs-CRP and CysC in patients with coronary heart disease can be used as an auxiliary means of coronary heart disease and is of great significance for the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
