ELISA及ECLIA法在乙型肝炎病毒感染血清学标志物检测中的应用效果对比

摘　　要：目的观察乙型肝炎(乙肝)病毒感染血清学标志物应用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)及电化学发光免疫分析(ECLIA)法检测的应用效果。方法90例乙型肝炎病毒感染患者,均予以ELISA及ECLIA法检测。对比两种检测方式的诊断准确率及对乙型肝炎病毒血清学标志物[乙型肝炎E抗体(HBeAb)、乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)、乙型肝炎E抗原(HBeAg)、乙型肝炎表面抗体(HBsAb)、乙型肝炎核心抗体(HBcAb)]的阳性检出率。结果ECLIA法诊断准确率92.2%高于ELISA法的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ECLIA法对HBeAb、HBsAg、HBeAg的阳性检出率分别为91.1%、91.1%、86.7%,显著高于ELISA法的80.0%、78.9%、66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种检测方式对HBsAb、HBcAb的阳性检出率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ECLIA法对乙型肝炎病毒血清学标志物的阳性检出率均显著高于ELISA法,同时可对病情进行监测,具有更高的临床应用价值。Objective To observe the effect of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and electrochemiluminescence immunoassay(ECLIA)in the detection of serological markers of hepatitis B virus infection.Methods 90 cases of hepatitis B virus infection were detected by ELISA and ECLIA.The diagnostic accuracy of ELISA and ECLIA was compared,as well as their positive rates for hepatitis B virus serological markers[hepatitis B e antibody(HBeAb),hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg),hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg),hepatitis B surface antibody(HBsAb),hepatitis B core antibody(HBcAb)].Results The diagnostic accuracy of ECLIA was 92.2%,which was higher than that of 80.0%of ELISA,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of ECLIA for HBeAb,HBsAg and HBeAg were 91.1%,91.1%and 86.7%,which were significantly higher than those of 80.0%,78.9%and 66.7%of ELISA,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the positive detection rate of HBsAb and HBcAb between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with ELISA,ECLIA has significantly higher accuracy in detecting hepatitis B virus infection and positive detection rate of hepatitis B virus serological markers.At the same time,it can monitor the condition of the disease,and has higher clinical application value.
