高血压合并冠心病患者行氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析高血压合并冠心病患者行氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的效果。方法56例高血压合并冠心病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组行阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组行氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。比较两组治疗前后血压水平、血脂水平及治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组收缩压、舒张压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组收缩压、舒张压分别为(124.68±10.13)、(72.35±4.13)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),低于对照组的(139.13±10.57)、(79.98±4.24)mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(3.75±0.24)mmol/L、总胆固醇(5.40±0.41)mmol/L、甘油三酯(1.48±0.11)mmol/L均低于对照组的(4.54±0.35)、(6.11±0.42)、(2.22±0.72)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率96.43%高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压合并冠心病患者行氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗可以显著改善其血脂、血压水平,提高治疗效果,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the effect of amlodipine besylate/atorvastatin calcium tablets in patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 56 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the observation group was treated with amlodipine besylate/atorvastatin calcium tablets.The blood pressure level and blood lipid level before and after treatment,and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were(124.68±10.13)and(72.35±4.13)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)in the observation group,which were lower than those of(139.13±10.57)and(79.98±4.24)mm Hg in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the low density lipoprotein cholesterol was(3.75±0.24)mmol/L,the total cholesterol was(5.40±0.41)mmol/L,and the triglyceride was(1.48±0.11)mmol/L,which were lower than those of(4.54±0.35),(6.11±0.42),and(2.22±0.72)mmol/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.43%,which was higher than that of 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine besylate/atorvastatin calcium tablets can significantly improve the level of blood lipids and blood pressure in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease,and improve the therapeutic effect,which has popularization value.
