摘 要:计算机体层成像(CT)技术是在普通X线断层摄影技术的基础上发展起来的。与X线透视因曝光量不足或曝光量过量导致的观察野过暗或过亮不同的是,CT能够应用窗口技术将图像以最恰当的明暗对比度呈现出来,但在进行CT检查的过程中CT剂量大小往往成为一个被忽视的问题,现阶段大部分的CT检查都存在着剂量过高的问题。随着CT技术的不断发展,全面低辐射剂量成像逐步走进大众视野并被广泛关注。CT成像需要合理使用低剂量原则已成为临床上的共识。如何在确保良好图像质量的同时,最大限度地降低X射线剂量是当前CT技术研究的重点内容和重要方向。基于此,本文主要就胸部多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描技术及其临床应用现状做一综述。Computed tomography(CT)technology is developed on the basis of common X-ray tomography technology.Unlike X-ray fluoroscopy,where the observation field is too dark or too bright due to under-exposure or over-exposure,CT is able to apply windowing technology to present the image with the most appropriate contrast between light and dark,but the CT dose size often becomes an overlooked problem in the process of performing CT examinations,and most of the CT examinations at this stage have the problem of high dose.With the continuous development of CT technology,comprehensive low radiation dose imaging has gradually come into the public eye and is widely concerned.The principle that CT imaging requires reasonable use of low dose has become a clinical consensus.How to ensure good image quality while minimizing the X-ray dose is the key content and important direction of current CT technology research.Based on this,this paper mainly reviews the technology of low-dose multi-slice spiral CT scan of the chest and its clinical application.
