基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:通过绘制知识图谱,探究中医药治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome,IBS-D)的研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势。方法:检索中国知网数据库2000年1月1日―2021年12月31日收录的中医药治疗IBS-D相关文献,应用CiteSpace软件对纳入的文献进行关键词、作者、研究机构的可视化分析,探讨该领域的研究现状、前沿热点及趋势。结果:共纳入2060篇文献,发文量自2000年逐渐递增,2015年达到峰值,2016年以后发文量趋于稳定状态。机构合作关系以中医药院校及其附属医院的合作关系为主,其中南京中医药大学和北京中医药大学发文量最多。作者合作团队以唐旭东、张声生、石志敏等人为主。高频关键词有“肠易激综合征”“腹泻型肠易激综合征”等。关键词聚类有26个,包括“腹泻型”等。中介中心性较高的词有“肠易激综合征”“腹泻型肠易激综合征”等。热点包括“痛泻要方”“中医药疗法”等。关键词突现分析获得20个突现词,新兴热点有“名医经验”“肠道菌群”等。结论:中医药治疗IBS-D主要研究内容包括随机对照试验、临床疗效、名医经验等,当前的研究热点以名医经验、肠道菌群、外治法为主,已形成相对较稳定的研究团队,但机构间缺乏合作,机构间联系较为分散,同时应加强基础研究力度,开展高质量的研究,为临床提供理论支持。Objective:To explore the research status,research hotspot and development trend of treating diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome by drawing the knowledge map.Methods:Literature on the treatment of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome in TCM medicine from January 1,2000 to December 31,2021 was searched in the database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure.CiteSpace software was used to visualize the keywords,authors and research institutions of the included literature,and to discuss the research status,hot spots and trends in this field.Results:A total of 2060 papers were included,and the number of published papers gradually increased from 2000,reaching a peak in 2015,and tended to be stable after 2016.The institutional partnerships were mainly those of TCM colleges and their affiliated hospitals,among which Nanjing University of traditional Chinese Medicine and Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine published the most articles.The co-authors were mainly TANG Xudong,ZHANG Shengsheng and SHI Zhimin.High-frequency keywords included irritable bowel syndrome,diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome,etc..There were 26 key words clustering,including diarrhea type and so on.Words with high intermediate centrality included irritable bowel syndrome and diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome.Hot topics included Tongxie Yaofang and TCM therapy.There were 20 emergent words,and the emerging hot spots were famous doctor experience,intestinal flora and so on.Conclusion:The main research contents of TCM treatment of diarrheal-type irritable bowel syndrome include randomized controlled trials,clinical efficacy,experience of famous doctors,etc..Current research focuses on experience of famous doctors,intestinal flora,and external treatment,and a relatively stable research team has been formed,but there is a lack of cooperation among institutions,and the links between institutions are scattered.At the same time,basic research should be strengthened to carry out high quality research to provide hteoretical support for clin
