维吾尔医学治未病理论在皮肤病防治中的应用

摘　　要：维吾尔医学治未病理论是传统中医的重要理论之一,其包括“未病先防”“既病防变”及“愈后防复”三个方面,强调预防为主、治疗为辅,强调个体化治疗的思想。随着皮肤病发病率的逐年上升,维吾尔医学“治未病”理论在皮肤病的诊疗、护理及饮食调理方面起着很大的作用。文章从防治角度探讨了维吾尔医学治未病理论在皮肤病防治中的应用。维吾尔医学治未病理论认为,人体的健康与体液平衡密切相关,在皮肤病防治中,除了饮食调理、运动锻炼等方式以外,改善体内环境,维持体液质动态平衡,合理调节内脏功能,尤其是支配器官肝脏的功能,增强机体自然力,可有效提高疾病治疗效果,防止皮肤疾病发生、复发及演变为多种皮损并存的重症状态,从而预防皮肤病的发生。治疗中强调个体化治疗,根据患者的体质、病情等因素,制定个性化的防治方案,提高治疗效果。在皮肤病防治中,不仅要针对症状进行治疗,还要以维吾尔医学基础理论体液质学说为切入点,从病因、病机方面实现全面防治,避免病情反复。综上所述,遵循维吾尔医学治未病理论,通过维持体液质动态平衡、个性化治疗、全面防治等方式,可以有效预防和治疗皮肤病,由此可见其在皮肤病防治中具有重要的应用价值。The Uighur medicine theory of preventive treatment of disease is one of the important theories of TCM,which includes three aspects:prevention before disease,prevention before disease changes and prevention of recurrence after recovery.It emphasizes that prevention should come first and treatment is applied as supplementary,and emphasizes the idea of individualized treatment.With the incidence of skin diseases increasing year by year,the theory of preventive treatment of disease in Uighur medicine plays a great role in the diagnosis,treatment,nursing and diet regulation of skin diseases.From the perspective of prevention and treatment,this article discusses the application of the Uighur medicine theory of preventive treatment in the prevention and treatment of skin diseases.The Uighur medicine theory of preventive treatment of diseases believes that human health is closely related to body fluid balance.In the prevention and treatment of skin diseases,in addition to diet regulation and exercise and other ways,it is necessary to improve the internal environment,maintain the dynamic balance of body fluid,rationally regulate internal organs,especially the function of the liver,enhance the natural force of the body,which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,prevent the occurrence,recurrence and evolution of skin diseases into a severe state with multiple skin lesions,so as to prevent the occurrence of skin diseases.Individualized treatment is emphasized in the treatment.According to the patient’s constitution,condition and other factors,individualized prevention and treatment plans are formulated to improve the therapeutic effect.In the prevention and treatment of skin diseases,it is not only necessary to treat the symptoms,but also to achieve comprehensive prevention and treatment from the etiology and pathogenesis from the perspective of the basic theory of Uighur medicine,the humoral theory,to avoid the recurrence of the disease.In conclusion,following the Uighur medicine theory of preventive treatment o
