基于“寒气生浊,热气生清”理论探讨溃疡性结肠炎的治疗

摘　　要：“寒气生浊,热气生清”理论源于《黄帝内经》,意为寒气凝聚,则产生浊阴;热气升腾,则产生清阳。溃疡性结肠炎的病机关键是脾土生湿,中州之土既虚,加之寒热失衡,导致肝木受风、肾水失司、肺金壅郁;清浊不分,脂络受伤,肠道传导失司为溃疡性结肠炎的病机特点;腹痛腹泻、下痢脓血为其主症。治疗溃疡性结肠炎时,应以调和脏腑寒热为法,权衡阴阳为要,治当以运脾为主,佐以柔肝疏风、温肾涩肠、润燥止泻之法,促使寒热之邪有所出,则清浊可分,溃疡性结肠炎可早日向愈。The theory of"Cold generating turbidity Yin and Heat generating clear Yang",which is originated from Huang Di Nei Jing,means that Cold causes condensation and produces turbid Yin and Hot cause Qi rising and produces clear Yang.The key pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis is that the Spleen is deficient with Dampness,and the imbalance between Cold and Heat leads to Wind in the Liver,Water in the Kidney and depression in the Lung.Pathogenic characteristics of ulcerative colitis are unclear turbidity,fatty collateral injury and intestinal conduction disorder.Abdominal pain,diarrhea,dysentery and purulent blood are its main symptoms.When treating ulcerative colitis,we should take the method of harmonizing Cold and Heat in Zang and Fu organs,and balancing Yin and Yang.The treatment should focus on activating Spleen,supplemented by the methods of softening Liver and expelling Wind,warming Kidney and astringing intestines,moistening Dryness and stopping diarrhea,so as to dispel the evil factors of Cold and Heat.Then the clear Yang and the turbidity Yin can be divided,so that ulcerative colitis can be cured as soon as possible.
