基于“水郁折之”论治肾病综合征

摘　　要：肾病综合征以体内水湿积聚,甚则外溢肌肤为主要临床表现。中医多将其责之于肺、脾、肾三脏气化失常,水液代谢失调,导致水湿之邪内郁,发而为病。故基于“水郁折之”立法论治肾病综合征,临床根据具体辨证情况不同,分别从肺、脾、肾三脏入手,发汗、利小便、攻逐水饮,即肺气失宣者治以宣肺利水、疏风解表,脾失健运者治以燥湿健脾、利水消肿,肾阳不足者治以温助肾阳、活血利水,使得脏腑之气机条畅,三焦之水道通利,以达到“折之”疗效,病去正安。Nephrotic syndrome is characterized by the accumulation of Water and Dampness in the body,and even the overflow of them to the skin.In traditional Chinese medicine,the Lung,Spleen and Kidney are mostly responsible for the syndrome for the stagnation of Water and Dampness due to Qi disorder and Water metabolism disorder.Therefore,nephrotic syndrome is treated by legislation based on theory of"Shui Yu Zhe Zhi".According to different syndrome differentiation conditions,we should start with Lung,Spleen and Kidney respectively,by sweating,promoting urination and expelling Water,that is,those with Lung Qi dispersing dysfunction should be treated by dispersing Lung Qi and promoting diuresis as well as dispelling Wind and relieving exterior syndrome,those with Spleen deficiency should be treated by relieving Dampness and strengthening Spleen,promoting diuresis and reducing swelling,and those with Kidney Yang deficiency should be treated by warming Kidney Yang,promoting blood circulation and promoting diuresis,so that the Qi activity of the Zang and Fu viscera is normal,and the channel of the triple energizer is smooth,so as to achieve the effect of"Zhe Zhi"and the illness can be relieved.
