摘　　要：眩晕是一种多学科交叉的临床病症。张怀亮教授根据多年的临床经验,基于病治异同理论和眩晕病的症状学特点进行分类定性、分期辨证,提出眩晕首分真性、假性两类,其次分急性期、缓解期/恢复期、慢性期。急性期以真性眩晕或假性眩晕的急性发作为主,病势急,病性多实,病机为风、火、痰、瘀相互夹杂,应以祛实为治法;缓解期/恢复期多为真性眩晕的急性发作之后,病势趋缓,以虚实夹杂为主,应以标本兼治为治法;慢性期多以假性眩晕或真性眩晕之后残余症状为主,病势缓,病程长,病性虚实夹杂或以虚为主,病机以气血阴阳亏虚或阴阳失调为主,应以补虚、调理阴阳为治法。Vertigo is a multidisciplinary clinical disease.Professor Zhang Huailiang,based on many years'clinical experience,the theory of similarities and differences in disease treatment as well as the symptomatic characteristics of vertigo,classified by characteristics and differentiated the disease by stages.He put forward that vertigo can be divided into two categories,namely,true case and false case first,which is followed by acute stage,remission stage/recovery stage and chronic stage in syndrome differentiation.In the acute stage,the acute attack of true vertigo or false vertigo is the main kind,and the disease is mostly urgent and complicated.The pathogenesis is Wind,Fire,Phlegm and blood stasis,all of which are usually mixed with each other,and the treatment should be based on eliminating excess.After the acute attack of true vertigo in remission/recovery period,the disease development tends to slow down,with the mixture of excess and deficiency as the main factor,and the treatment should be based on both symptoms and root causes;In the chronic stage,the residual symptoms after false vertigo or true vertigo are the main symptoms,with slow onset and long course of disease.The pathogenesis is mainly deficiency of Qi,blood,Yin and Yang,or imbalance of Yin and Yang,and the treatment should be replenishing deficiency as well as regulating Yin and Yang.
