摘　　要：国医大师伍炳彩教授辨治慢性心力衰竭,提出五脏相关诊疗体系,认为心力衰竭的病位在心脾,以心为本,五脏阴阳气血相关,终致心脾气虚。脾虚气血生化乏源,心脉失养;脾失健运,水液代谢异常,水湿不化,停聚于内,湿邪为患;病机表现为心脾气虚、水湿内停。临证治疗慢性心力衰竭,多从湿论治,心脾同调,通过辨小便清浊、汗出情况、面色、口中味道、脉象以及按肌肤,鉴别湿邪之深浅轻重;重视培补后天脾土,心脾同调,多用李氏清暑益气汤、茯苓杏仁甘草汤等方剂,达到益气健脾化湿、清热养阴宁心之效。Professor Wu Bingcai,Master of Chinese Medicine,treats chronic heart failure and puts forward a diagnosis and treatment system related to Five Zang organs.He thinks that the location of heart failure is Heart and Spleen,with Heart as the orientation.Spleen deficiency is caused by the lack of biochemical source of Qi and blood since all of the Five Zang organs are closely related.Spleen deficiency leads to Heart dystrophy and the dysfunction of the Spleen leads to the abnormal metabolism of Water,and the Dampness is the evil factor.Pathogenesis is manifested as deficiency of Heart and Spleen as well as the internal stagnation of Water and Dampness.Clinical treatment of chronic heart failure,mostly from the treatment of Dampness,with the Heart and Spleen being regulated.Through the identification of urine turbidity,sweating,complexion,taste in the mouth,pulse condition and the skin condition to identify the severity of the Damp evil factor;By paying attention to nourishing the Spleen,harmonizing the Heart and Spleen,and using prescriptions such as Lishi Qingshu Yiqi Decoction and Fuling Xingren Gancao Decoction,the effects of benefiting Qi,invigorating Spleen,eliminating Dampness,clearing Heat,nourishing Yin and calming the Heart can be achieved.
