摘　　要：目的:通过探讨人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immuno deficiency virus,HIV)/艾滋病(acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS)患者脾胃病病因及症状“胃不和”与失眠症状“卧不安”之间的相关性,为临床治疗提供可靠的理论依据。方法:通过匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)和睡眠状况自评量表(self rating sleep scale,SRSS)的有效信息制作失眠症状量表,使用《中医内科学》、慢性胃炎的中医证候量表中的有效症状信息,进行问卷调查研究。对问卷结果进行分类和录入数据,运用SPSS 25.0进行分析。结果:发现两组患者脾胃病病因及症状和失眠症状符合正态分布;两者的散点图说明脾胃病病因及症状和失眠症状具有线性相关性;通过多元线性回归分析得出多元回归方程,两组患者脾胃病病因及症状和失眠症状均具有正向相关性。结论:HIV/AIDS患者的失眠和脾胃病具有正相关性,且说明“胃不和则卧不安”的科学性。To explore the etiology of spleen and stomach diseases in patients with human immuno deficiency virus(HIV)/AIDS(AIDS)and the correlation between the symptoms of"stomach disharmony"and insomnia,so as to provide reliable theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods:Based on the effective information of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and Self-rating Sleep Scale(SRSS),the insomnia symptom scale was made,and the effective symptom information in Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine and TCM Syndrome Scale of Chronic Gastritis was used for questionnaire investigation.The questionnaire results were classified and entered into data,and analyzed by SPSS25.0.Results:It was found that the etiology and symptoms of spleen and stomach diseases and insomnia symptoms in the two groups were in normal distribution.The scatter diagram of the two shows that the etiology and symptoms of spleen and stomach diseases are linearly related to insomnia symptoms;The multiple regression equation is obtained by multiple linear regression analysis.There is a positive correlation between the etiology and symptoms of spleen and stomach diseases and insomnia symptoms in the two groups.Conclusion:There is a positive correlation between insomnia and spleen and stomach diseases in HIV/AIDS patients,and it shows that"stomach disharmony leads to restlessness"is scientific.
