摘　　要：目的:分析2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》(以下简称《中国药典》)(一部)中可外用中药药性特点,以期对临床外用提供理论指导。方法:2020年版《中国药典》(一部)共收入可外用中药165种,对165种可外用中药的四气、五味、归经、有毒无毒等情况进行统计分析。结果与结论:药典中可外用中药四气主要是寒、温,五味主要是苦、辛、甘,主要归肝经、肺经、脾经,毒性中药占比25.45%。四气-五味关联规则分析结果支持度排名前3位是苦-寒、甘-平、辛-热;四气-归经关联规则分析支持度前3位是寒-肺经、寒-大肠经、寒-肝经-大肠经;五味-归经关联规则分析支持度前3位是苦-肝经、辛-脾经、苦-脾经。通过频次分析可知,药典中可外用中药主要为清热药、活血化瘀药、泻下药、止血药等。Objective:To analyze the medicinal properties of externally used Chinese medicines in People's Republic of China(PRC)Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition)(hereinafter referred to as China Pharmacopoeia)(Part one),in order to provide theoretical guidance for clinical external use.Methods:The 2020 edition of China Pharmacopoeia(Part I)included 165 kinds of Chinese medicines for external use,and the Four Qi,Five flavor,meridian tropism,toxicity and non-toxicity of 165 kinds of Chinese medicines for external use were statistically analyzed.Results&Conclusion:In the Pharmacopoeia,the external used herbs are mainly cold and warm in Four Qi,and the herbs are mainly bitter,pungent and sweet in Five Flavor,and mainly belong to Liver meridian,Lung meridian and Spleen meridian in meridian tropism.Toxic herbs account for 25.45%.The top three support degrees of the Four-Qi-Five-Flavor association rule analysis results are bitter-cold,sweet-flat,pungent-hot;The top three supporting degrees in the analysis of the association rules of Four Qi-meridian tropism are cold-Lung meridian,cold-Large intestine meridian and cold-Liver meridian-Large intestine meridian.The top three supporting degrees in the analysis of the association rules of Five Flavor and meridian tropism are bitter-Liver meridian,pungent-Spleen meridian and bitter-Spleen meridian.Through frequency analysis,we can know that the externally used traditional Chinese medicines in Pharmacopoeia are mainly antipyretic drugs,drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,purgative drugs,hemostatic drugs and so on.
