针刺法联合悬吊训练在腰椎间盘突出症患者康复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究针刺法联合悬吊训练在腰椎间盘突出症患者康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2022年10月于吉安市第一人民医院就诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用西药及悬吊训练进行治疗,在此基础上研究组加用针刺法治疗,两组治疗时间均为4周。评价两组康复效果,并比较两组治疗前后症状积分、腰椎功能、疼痛程度及血清炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平。结果:研究组总有效率(92.50%)高于对照组(72.50%)(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组麻木、疼痛及腰椎功能受限积分与对照组比较均明显更低(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组疼痛评分与对照组比较明显更低,腰椎功能评分与对照组比较明显更高(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组IL-6、TNF-α及IL-1β水平与对照组比较均明显更低(P<0.05)。结论:悬吊训练联合针刺法是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方案,能改善临床症状,减轻腰腿部疼痛,增强腰椎功能,减轻炎症反应。Objective:To explore the application effect of acupuncture combined with suspension training in rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in the First People's Hospital of Ji’an from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine and suspension training,on the basis of which the study group was treated with acupuncture.The treatment time of both groups was 4 weeks.The rehabilitation effect of the two groups were evaluated,and the symptoms scores,lumbar function,pain degree and serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group(92.50%)was higher than that of the control group(72.50%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of numbness,pain and lumbar functional limitation in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the lumbar function score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand IL-1βin the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suspension training combined with acupuncture is an effective method in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,which can improve clinical symptoms,relieve haunch pain,enhance lumbar function and reduce inflammatory reaction.
