摘 要:目的:探讨口腔运动干预联合早期微量喂养对早产儿胃肠并发症及神经行为发育的影响。方法:2020年10月—2022年7月选取鹰潭市人民医院新生儿科收治的早产儿114例,随机将患儿分为观察组57例及对照组57例。对照组行常规性护理+早期微量喂养,观察组在对照组基础上行口腔运动干预。比较两组胃肠并发症、预后情况及神经行为发育。结果:观察组腹泻、呕吐、腹胀及胃潴留等胃肠并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组纠正体重达标、留置鼻胃管、达到完全经口喂养时间均短于对照组,而观察组出生后第7天进奶量多于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后神经行为总分及各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:口腔运动干预联合早期微量喂养能有效预防早产儿胃肠并发症,有利于胃肠功能恢复及神经行为发育,改善患儿预后。Objective:To investigate the effects of oral exercise intervention combined with early microfeeding on gastrointestinal complications and neurobehavioral development in premature infants.Method:A total of 114 premature infants admitted to the Neonatology Department of Yingtan City People's Hospital from October 2020 to July 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(57 cases)and control group(57 cases).The control group was given routine nursing care+early micro-feeding,the observation group was given oral exercise intervention on the basis of the control group.The gastrointestinal complications,prognosis and neurobehavioral development of two groups were compared.Result:The incidence of gastrointestinal complications such as diarrhea,vomiting,abdominal distension and gastric retention of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The time of weight correction,nasogastric tube retention and complete oral feeding of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the milk intake of the observation group was higher than that of the control group on the 7th day after birth(P<0.05).After intervention,the total scores of neurobehavior and scores of all dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral exercise intervention combined with early micro-feeding can effectively prevent gastrointestinal complications in premature infants,and is beneficial to the recovery of gastrointestinal function and neurobehavioral development,and improve the prognosis of premature infants.
