雷火灸联合四黄散加蜂蜜外敷应用于盆腔炎性疾病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析雷火灸联合四黄散加蜂蜜外敷对盆腔炎性疾病患者的护理效果及对生活质量的影响。方法:选取兴国县人民医院妇科2021年1月—2022年5月收治的66例盆腔炎性疾病患者,按照随机数字表法分为常规组和试验组。常规组(n=33)采用常规护理,试验组(n=33)在常规组基础上采用雷火灸联合四黄散加蜂蜜外敷护理。对比两组症状缓解时间、护理效果、生活质量及护理满意度。结果:试验组下腹部坠胀、下腹部疼痛和腰骶部疼痛的缓解时间均短于常规组(P<0.05);试验组总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);试验组总满意度(93.94%)高于常规组(72.73%)(P<0.05);护理后,两组生活质量评分均提高,且试验组生活质量评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:雷火灸联合四黄散加蜂蜜外敷用于盆腔炎性疾病患者护理中,可促进患者快速康复,护理效果显著,有利于提高患者生活质量,护理满意度高。Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with Sihuang Powder plus honey for external application on pelvic inflammatory disease and its influence on life quality.Method:A total of 66 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to the gynecology department of People's Hospital of Xingguo County from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into the conventional group and the experimental group according to random number table method.The conventional group(n=33)was treated with routine nursing,and the experimental group(n=33)was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion combined with Sihuang Powder plus honey for external application nursing on the basis of the conventional group.Symptoms relief time,nursing effect,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The relief time of hypogastrium pendant expansion,hypogastrium pain and lumbosacral pain in experimental group were shorter than those in conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of conventional group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of experimental group(93.94%)was higher than that of conventional group(72.73%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of both groups were improved,and the quality of life score of experimental group was higher than that of conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thunderfire moxibustion combined with Sihuang Powder plus honey for external application applied in the nursing of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease can promote the rapid recovery of patients,the nursing effect is remarkable,is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients,nursing satisfaction is high.
