摘　　要：吉兰-巴雷综合征(GBS)是神经科常见的由自身免疫介导的周围神经病,GBS发病机制尚未完全明确,临床治疗局限于免疫球蛋白和血浆置换,但免疫细胞失衡、免疫功能紊乱贯穿了整个病程,多方案免疫调节成为GBS治疗研究热点。中医在养生防病、调节免疫方面具有独到优势,本文阐明脾为之卫、脾主运化与西医免疫的关联性,从脾虚探讨GBS免疫紊乱的根本病机,采用健脾益气、运脾化湿、补脾温肾法治疗GBS。Guillain-Barrésyndrome(GBS)is a common autoimmune peripheral neuropathy in neurology.The pathogenesis of GBS is not yet fully clear,and clinical treatment is limited to immunoglobulin and plasma exchange.However,immune cell imbalance and dysfunction of immune function impenetrate the entire course of the disease,and multi-protocol immune regulation has become a research hotspot in GBS treatment.Chinese medicine has unique advantages in health preservation,disease prevention,and immune regulation.This article elucidates the correlation between the spleen as the guardian of the body,the spleen governing transportation and transformation,and western medicine immunity,discusses the fundamental pathogenesis of GBS immune disorders from the perspective of spleen deficiency,and adopts the methods of tonifying the spleen and boosting qi,activating the spleen and removing dampness,and tonifying the spleen and warming the kidney to treat GBS.
