摘 要:亚单位疫苗具有安全性高、稳定性好、有效性强、运输要求低等特点,成为新型冠状病毒肺炎疫苗研发的较佳选择,也是具有提高疫苗接种覆盖率潜力的疫苗类型。本文从专利技术角度和上市许可进程方面对目前具有一定代表性的基于全长刺突糖蛋白或其受体结合结构域的亚单位疫苗技术进行了综述,并总结了相关主要研发策略或改进方式,以期对新型冠状病毒肺炎亚单位疫苗的研制、生产和接种提供借鉴。Subunit vaccine has the characteristics of high safety,good stability,strong effectiveness and low transportation requirements.It has become a better choice for the research and development of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)vaccine,and is also a vaccine type with the potential to improve vaccine coverage.This article provides a review of representative subunit vaccine technologies based on full-length spike glycoprotein or its receptor binding domain from the perspective of patent technology and market licensing process,and summarizes the main research and development strategies or improvement methods.It is expected to provide reference for the development,production and vaccination of COVID-19 subunit vaccine.
