摘  要:双氢青蒿素(DHA)是青蒿素的还原衍生物。DHA有良好的抗肿瘤作用,而自噬是DHA发挥抗肿瘤作用的关键。本文综述了DHA通过自噬作用抗肿瘤的研究现状,发现DHA主要通过调节哺乳动物西罗莫司靶蛋白(mTOR)、自噬相关基因(Beclin-1)/B淋巴细胞瘤-2(Bcl-2)、活性氧(ROS)、内质网应激及黑色素瘤缺乏因子2炎症小体(AIM2)炎症小体形成等多条途径调控肿瘤细胞自噬。以期为深入研究和探讨DHA诱导肿瘤细胞自噬的作用机制,开发以DHA为主体的抗肿瘤药物提供新思路。Dihydroartemisinin(DHA)is a reductive derivative of artemisinin.Recent studies have confirmed that DHA has good anti-tumor effects,and autophagy is the key to the anti-tumor effect of DHA.In this paper,we reviewed the current research on the anti-tumor effects of DHA on autophagy,DHA can regulate cancer cell autophagy through various pathways such as the mammalian rapamycin target protein(mTOR),autophagy-related gene(Beclin-1)/B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2),reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation,endoplasmic reticulum stress and absent in melanoma 2(AIM2)inflammatory vesicle formation.With the view to providing a new idea on the further research of the cancer cells autophagy mechanism induced by DHA and to develop anti-cancer drugs.
