摘 要:建立医疗联合体是合理利用医院资源,提升医院服务功能,并建立分级诊疗体系的有效措施。而医联体在整合初期易出现定位不清、业务交叉,存在无谓竞争现象。因此,医联体中各分支机构的医学资源整合尤为重要,是医疗联合体高质量发展的重要基础。笔者以深圳市大鹏新区医疗健康集团外科一体化管理为例,从集团背景、实施措施、实施结果和创新及展望等方面总结管理经验和实践方法,为推动医疗联合体医疗资源整合提供参考。The establishment of a medical consortium is an effective measure to rationalize the use of hospital resources,improve hospital service functions,and establish a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.The medical association is prone to unclear positioning,business crossover and unnecessary competition in the early stage of integration.Therefore,the integration of medical resources in each branch of the medical consortium is particularly important and is an important foundation for the high-quality development of the medical consortium.This study takes the integrated surgical management of Dapeng New District Healthcare Group as an example,and summarizes the management experience and practice methods in terms of group background,implementation measures,implementation results and innovation and outlook,so as to provide reference for promoting the integration of medical resources in medical consortia.
