专科医联体党建工作路径探析——以H医院康复医联体为例

摘　　要：目的探索构建专科医联体党建工作路径,为有关主体开展相关工作提供依据。方法以H医院康复医联体为研究对象,运用文献研究法、专家咨询法,初步构建工作路径;根据问卷调查及个别深入访谈结果进行优化。结果建立了包含组织机构及制度建设、思想政治教育、党风廉政建设、联合党建共建、精神文明与文化建设、人才队伍建设、党工团协同创新七个维度的专科医联体党建工作路径。结论该工作路径与党的建设、医院高质量发展基本要求相契合,存在一定的适用和推广价值,对于助力专科医联体党的建设工作不断走向深入具有一定意义。Objective Explore the path of building a specialized medical consortium party building work,and provide a basis for relevant entities to carry out relevant work.Methods Taking the rehabilitation medical Union of H Hospital as the research object,the paper uses literature research and expert consultation to build a preliminary working path.Optimized according to the results of questionnaire survey and individual in-depth interviews.Results It has established a working path for the party building of the professional medical Union,including seven dimensions:organizational structure and system construction,ideological and political education,party conduct and clean government construction,joint party building and co-construction,spiritual civilization and culture construction,talent team construction,and collaborative innovation of the party work group.Conclusion This work path is consistent with the basic requirements of party building and high-quality development of hospitals,and has certain application and promotion value,and has certain significance for helping the party building of the specialized medical Commonwealth continue to go deeper.
