摘　　要：行风建设是现代医院管理制度体系的关键内容。通过对行风建设的新形势、新要求、新探索进行总结分析,结合实际情况以医院行风建设监督管理为例,对行风监督工作体制机制、举措落实、优化发展等方面在落地层面进行进一步的强化探索研究和成效分析。并提出如下建议:党建引领是医院行风建设的政治保障;组织机制是规范医务人员医疗服务行为的关键;教育培训是强化医务人员综合素质和法治意识的主要途径;监督落实是有效起到约束和管制的主要方法。The moral culture construction is the key content of modern hospital management system.This paper expounds the new situation,new requirements and new exploration of the construction of moral culture construction.By combining the actual situation,we take the hospital’s style supervision and management as an example,and further strengthen the exploration and research and effect analysis on the implementation level of the work system and mechanism,the implementation of measures,and the optimization and development of the work style supervision.In the work system mechanism,measures implementation,optimization and development,we did a preliminary exploration at the landing level.And put forward the following suggestions:The guidance of Party building is the political guarantee for the construction of moral culture.Organization mechanism is the key to standardize medical service behavior of medical staff.Education and training are the main way to strengthen the comprehensive quality and legal consciousness of medical staff.Supervision and implementation are the main method of effective restraint and control.
