护理清单管理在骨科手术术中干预的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨护理清单管理在骨科手术术中干预的应用效果。方法采用方便抽样法,将2021年1—12月行骨科手术的120例患者设为对照组,行手术室常规护理管理;将2022年1—12月行骨科手术的125例患者设为观察组,术中行护理清单管理,比较两组手术配合度、术中并发症、术中不良事件、患者手术满意率。结果观察组手术配合度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术中并发症、术中不良事件显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理清单管理能有效提高骨科手术患者术中配合度,降低手术并发症及术中不良事件,提高患者手术满意度。Objective To explore the application of nursing inventory management in the intervention of orthopaedic surgery.Methods 120 cases of patients who underwent orthopaedic surgery from January 2021 to December 2021 were set as control group and received routine nursing management in the operating room;125 cases of patients who underwent orthopaedic surgery from January 2022 to December 2022 were set as the observation group,and the nursing list were managed during operationby convenient sampling method.The cooperation degree,complications,adverse events and satisfaction rate of two groups were compared.Results The score of operation cooperation degree of observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),the intraoperative complications and adverse events of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),and the operation satisfaction rate of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The management of nursing list can effectively improve the cooperation degree of orthopaedic patients during operation,reduce the complications and adverse events during operation,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
