摘　　要：目的设计与构建重症双向音视频探视系统,满足重症患者家属探视需求。方法基于人文关怀理念,利用医院信息平台、5G和互联网技术,构建重症探视系统。结果该系统实现了重症探视的全流程管理,有助于缓解家属焦虑,降低探视感染风险,提高医疗服务水平。结论重症监护病房对感染控制要求较高且相对封闭,通过探视系统给予患者更多的人性化服务及人文关怀,有利于改善医患关系,提高重症医学管理水平,打造“有温度”的ICU。Objective Design and construct a two-way audio and video visitation system for critically ill patients to meet the visiting needs of their families.Methods Based on the concept of humanistic care,utilizing hospital information platforms,5G,and internet technology to construct a critical care visit system.Results This system implements the full process management of critical care visits,which helps alleviate family anxiety,reduce the risk of infection during visits,and improve medical service levels.Conclusion The intensive care unit has high requirements for infection control and is relatively closed.More humanistic services and humanistic care are provided to patients through the visiting system,which is conducive to improving the Doctor-patient relationship,improving the management level of Intensive care medicine,and creating a“warm”ICU.
