摘  要:目的建立HPLC法同时测定抗痒醑中苯酚和水杨酸的含量。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为色谱柱;以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50∶50∶1)为流动相,检测温度30℃;流速1.0 mL/min,溶剂为流动相,进样量20μL。结果苯酚和水杨酸浓度分别在0.04072~0.14252 mg/mL和0.03096~0.10836 mg/mL范围内与峰面积呈现良好线性关系;高中低三个浓度苯酚的平均回收率为100.52%,RSD为0.19%;水杨酸的平均回收率为101.11%,RSD为0.45%。结论该方法简便、快捷、准确度好,可作为本所制剂抗痒醑的质控方法。Objective to establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of phenol and salicylic acid in anti-pruritic spirit.Methods Octadecylsilane bonded silica gel was used as chromatographic column,methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(50∶50∶1)was used as mobile phase,the detection temperature was 30℃,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the solvent was used as mobile phase,the sample volume was 20μL.Results The concentration of phenol and salicylic acid in the range of 0.04072~0.14252 mg/mL and 0.03096~0.10836 mg/mL showed a good linear relationship with peak area,and the average recovery of phenol was 100.52%,the RSD is 0.19%.The average recovery of salicylic acid was 101.11%and RSD was 0.45%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of anti-pruritic spirit.
