鼻窦内镜在耳鼻喉病变临床诊治中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析鼻窦内镜在耳鼻喉病变临床诊治中的应用价值。方法选取耳鼻喉病变患者50例,随机均分为对照组和观察组,每组各25名。对照组进行X线检查,观察组进行鼻窦内镜诊治,对比治疗效果。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。结论在耳鼻喉病变临床诊治中应用鼻窦内镜检查,并对患者进行针对性治疗,可完整建立临床治疗体系,提高患者临床治疗的安全性,建立完整的治疗措施,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To analyze the application value of endoscopic sinus surgery in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ear,nose,and throat diseases.Method Fifty patients with ear,nose,and throat diseases were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group there are 25 participants in each group.The control group underwent X-rays,while the observation group received endoscopic sinus surgery to compare the treatment effects.Result The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05)the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of sinus endoscopy in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ear,nose and throat diseases and the targeted treatment of patients can establish a complete clinical treatment system,improve the safety of clinical treatment of patients,and establish a complete treatment measure,which has high application value.
