宫廷灸与中医膳食及中医情志联合护理干预对非酒精性脂肪肝患者影响

摘　　要：目的探讨宫廷灸与中医膳食及中医情志联合护理干预对非酒精性脂肪肝患者影响。方法选择我院2022年1月至2022年12月期间收治的60例非酒精性脂肪肝患者作为本次研究对象。根据患者治疗时间进行分组。2022年1月至2022年6月期间治疗的患者为参照组,2022年7月至2022年12月期间治疗的患者为研究组,每组30例。其中参照组实施常规护理干预,研究组在此基础上实施宫廷灸、中医膳食及中医情志联合护理干预。对比两组血脂水平、肝功能、心理状态、生活质量。结果护理干预1个月后,研究组患者三酰甘油、总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇指标均低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶及γ-谷氨酰转移酶指标均低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组患者焦虑(SAS)评分、抑郁(SDS)评分均低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组患者生活质量(SF-36)评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对非酒精性脂肪肝患者实施宫廷灸、中医膳食及中医情志联合护理干预,可取得更为理想的护理效果,有效降低血脂水平、改善肝脏功能及心理状态,减少或避免焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪发生,积极提升患者生活质量。Objective To study the effects of palace moxibustion traditional Chinese medicine diet and traditional Chinese medicine sentiment combined nursing intervention on patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods Select our hospital during January 2022 to December 2022,60 cases of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver as the study object.Patients are grouped according to their duration of treatment.Patients treated between January 2022 and June 2022 were the reference group,and patients treated between July 2022 and December 2022 were the study group,with 30 cases in each group.Among them,the reference group implemented routine nursing intervention,and the study group implemented palace moxibustion,traditional Chinese medicine diet and traditional Chinese medicine sentiment combined nursing intervention on this basis.Compared the two groups with blood lipid levels,liver function,psychological status,and quality of life.Results After 1 month of nursing intervention,triacylglycerol,total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol in the study group were lower than the reference group(P<0.05);Alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and γ-glutamyltransferase in the study group were all lower than the reference group(P<0.05);Anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)scores in the study group were lower than the reference group(P<0.05);Quality of life(SF-36)score in the study group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined nursing intervention of palace moxibustion,traditional Chinese medicine diet and traditional Chinese medicine sentiment can achieve more ideal nursing effect,effectively reduce the level of blood lipid level,improve liver function and psychological state,reduce or avoid the occurrence of anxiety,depression and other bad emotions,and actively improve the quality of life of patients.
