基于中医时间医学理论的健康教育对肝肾阴虚型高血压患者血压控制及依从度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨应用中医时间医学理论对高血压(肝肾阴虚型)患者实施健康教育的作用。方法选取2020年1月至2022年4月本院收治的高血压(肝肾阴虚型)患者96例,以抽签法分为试验组(48例)、对照组(48例)。对照组给予常规的健康教育,基于此,试验组应用中医时间医学理论对患者进行健康教育,对比两组血压控制情况及患者依从度。结果干预4周后,同对照组比较,试验组24 h舒张压(DBP)峰值、24 h收缩压(SBP)峰值、nMDBP、nMSBP、dLBP、nLBP均更低(P<0.05);干预前两组CHPS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预4周后试验组CHPS评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论基于中医时间学理论对高血压(肝肾阴虚型)患者实施健康教育,患者血压控制情况更好,且能提高患者行为依从性。Objective To explore the role of applying the theory of traditional Chinese medicine time medicine in implementing health education for patients with hypertension(liver kidney yin deficiency type).Method A total of 96 patients with hypertension(liver kidney yin deficiency type)admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into an experimental group(48 cases)and a control group(48 cases)using a lottery method.The control group received routine health education.Based on this,the experimental group applied the theory of traditional Chinese medicine time medicine to provide health education to patients,and compared the blood pressure control status and patient compliance between the two groups.Result After 4 weeks of intervention,compared with the control group,the experimental group had lower 24 h DBP peak,24 h SBP peak,nMDBP,nMSBP,dLBP,and nLBP(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in CHPS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the CHPS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine chronology,providing health education to patients with hypertension(liver kidney yin deficiency type)can improve blood pressure control and improve behavioral compliance.
