中医调冲消斑汤治疗对黄褐斑患者全身症状改善情况及皮肤病生活质量指数的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医调冲消斑汤治疗对黄褐斑患者全身症状改善情况及皮肤病生活质量指数的影响。方法选取我院2020年5月至2022年12月治疗的60例黄褐斑患者,按数字随机分组法将患者分为研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用外用氢醌乳膏联合口服氨甲环酸片(妥塞敏)、维生素C治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用中医调冲消斑汤治疗。对比两组总有效率和皮损面积、皮损颜色、皮肤病生活质量评分(Dermatology Life Quality Index,DLQI)以及血清雌激素和孕激素水平改善情况。结果研究组黄褐斑患者的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的黄褐斑患者治疗前皮损面积、皮损颜色、DLQI评分和血清雌激素、孕激素水平与对照组治疗前相比无显著差异(P>0.05);干预之后两组黄褐斑患者皮损面积、皮损颜色、DLQI评分和血清雌激素、孕激素水平均显著改善(P<0.05),且研究组黄褐斑患者皮损面积、皮损颜色、DLQI评分和血清雌激素、孕激素水平改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医调冲消斑汤治疗方式能有效改善黄褐斑患者全身症状改善情况,并进一步改善患者的皮肤病生活质量指数和患者的激素水平,是一种高效的治疗方式。Objective To explore the effect of Tiaochong Xiaoban decoction on the improvement of systemic symptoms and the quality of life index in patients with chloasma.Methods Sixty patients with chloasma who were treated in our hospital from May 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,each with 30 patients.The control group was treated with external hydroquinone cream combined with oral tranexamic acid tablets and vitamin C.The study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Tiaochong Xiaoban decoction on the basis of the control group,and the total effective rate,area and color of the lesions in the two groups were compared Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)and improvement in serum estrogen and progesterone levels.Results The total effective rate of patients with chloasma in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the lesion area,lesion color,DLQI score,and serum estrogen and progesterone levels between the study group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After intervention,the lesion area,lesion color,DLQI score,and serum estrogen and progesterone levels of patients with chloasma in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).The improvement of lesion area,lesion color,DLQI score,serum estrogen and progesterone levels in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiaochong Xiaoban decoction can effectively improve the overall symptoms of patients with chloasma,and further improve the quality of life index and hormone levels of patients with dermatosis.It is an effective treatment method.
